How do I get to Lac’Cro Parc?
From Mazamet: D118 Direction Carcassonne.
The park is located on the « Lac des Montagnès »: access to the park is after the Choupa [a snack bar], at the green gate.

What are the payment options available ?
Credit card, check, cash, ANCV & « actobi » sports check.

Is the entry valid all day?
The tree climbing entry gives unlimited access to the courses [allow 1h to 4h depending on formula, period and attendance]
It is possible to do again the course several times.
We cannot welcome adults less than 2 hours before closing, and children less than an hour before: otherwise you won’t have time to do everything!
Any exit from the park is definitive.

What should we wear?
Sports shoes, long hair and glasses attached, backpack allowed, clothing adapted to the weather.
Prohibit jewelry, scarves, handbags and other valuables that could fall [we do not have changing rooms].
For everyone’s comfort and hygiene, protective gloves are on sale at the park reception.

What are the opening hours?
Opening hours vary depending on the time of year. The easiest way to find out is to visit this page or our social networks.

Is there a parking space?
Yes, parking reserved for park customers is available.

Is there a place where we can store our things?
Free non-secure lockers or paid secure lockers [€1] are available to store your valuables [wallets, handbags, motorcycle helmets, etc.].

Concerning image rights?
Any person accessing the site is likely to be photographed or videotaped for the purpose of illustrating brochures and commercial support. Access to the park implies full acceptance of these internal regulations and releases Lac’Cro Montagn’Yes from any prosecution relating to image rights.
Only amateur photographers and filmmakers are authorized to take pictures of the park, for use strictly limited to the family circle.
Professionals are requested to contact the Park Administration.

Can we eat on site?
Yes !
To picnic in our park: tables, gazebos and a barbecue are available to our adventurers.

Is there a charge for the relaxation area?
This area is reserved for our customers, and therefore included in the formulas. Visitors [€1] can take advantage of this area which has been specially designed for their comfort with hammocks, deckchairs, relaxation nets… as well as a cooling area.

Is there a charge for the adventure garden [ground play areas]?
Yes: this area is only reserved for children from 2 to 8 years old for a price of 9€ per person for an unlimited time and only 4€ for people who have the Privilege Card.

Can adults do children’s courses?
Courses A / B / C / D & E are now accessible to adults equipped with a harness.
➡️It is not compulsory for an adult to take the « Sensation » formula, you can choose to stay on the same courses as your children [« Pitchoun » for the little one who have the size to climb with an harness], or if you don’t want to do all the courses, you can also choose the « Découverte » or « Aventure » formulas. The only formula reserved exclusively for children is the Baby formula.

Can we take a camera / phone / Go Pro on the course?
Yes. However, in the event of damage, Lac’Cro Parc can’t be held responsible.

Can we accompany a child on a zip line?
No. It is strictly forbidden to launch several people on a zip line.
If there is a blockage on a zip line, call an operator.

Do we have to book? How to do ?
We strongly advise you to book, in order to be sure to be able to practice. If you have not reserved: first come, first served.

Don’t forget to inform us of the exact number of participants, as well as their age, so that we can provide suitable equipment.

How to modify a reservation?

Are there discounts for groups / families / birthdays…?

What happens in bad weather?
The courses are passable in light or moderate rain; just dress accordingly.
In stormy weather or heavy rain, the courses are inaccessible and closed to the public. This decision will be made by the park manager.

Is there an age limit?
The courses are adapted according to height: the smallest adventurers must be at least 0.85cm (~2 years old) to have access to the Adventure Garden.

There is no maximum age limit, but the tree climbing course is a sporting activity: good physical condition is necessary.
Seniors over 70 benefit from a 50% reduction on their entry.

Is it a dangerous activity?
It remains a physical activity, a little sore can always happen.
The courses are all secured with a continuous lifeline: it is therefore impossible to detach and fall from a course!
We remind you that wearing gloves is strongly recommended for the « Aventure » and « Sensation » formulas.

I have a health problem, can I still practice?
The practice is prohibited for pregnant women and anyone who has consumed alcohol or any illicit or medicinal substance that may alter their abilities. It is necessary to be in good health and not to be affected by any physical and psychological disorder [articular, muscular, respiratory, cardiac, major operation, etc.] in order to comply with the safety requirements indicated in the internal regulations of Lac’ Cro Parc.

Can anyone do the 200 meter zip line?
The Tyro Frissons is a sporting course: you must therefore be at least 1.50m tall to be able to access it.
On the other hand, it is strongly discouraged for people over 100kg for their own safety.

I have vertigo, are there courses close to the ground?
The courses are scalable, don’t worry! The first 3 courses [Découverte] are close to the mainland, and our team will be there to advise you and help you if necessary. In addition, adults now have access to the yellow courses [Pitchoun], in order to get used to the feeling of height. Try the adventure, you might be surprised!

Should we wear a helmet and gloves?
Helmet and gloves are not compulsory. However, we strongly recommend the use of gloves for sports courses: you can bring your own or buy them at the reception of the park.

Are dogs accepted?
Dogs are welcome if they are kept on a leash.

Is there a weight limit for practicing the courses?

The practice of acrobatic courses in height is a sporting activity, for the safety of our practitioners we limit the courses to 130kgs and for the course P6 « Tyro Frissons » to 100kgs.
These are approximate figures, the attacks depend above all on the physical conditions of each one… the effort can be felt as greater for heavy builds or for people practicing little or no regular physical activity, with a greater risk of fatigue. faster and more important.
